XMarketRadar does not provide personalized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial planning advice. Any screeners, recommendations, ratings, backtests, alerts, research reports, indicators, model outputs, or summaries are informational and educational only.

Market Data And Availability

Market, financial, derivatives, mutual-fund, corporate-action, news, and broker data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to source-provider restrictions. We may change, suspend, or remove a data source or feature at any time.

Accounts And Security

You must keep your sign-in credentials, broker credentials, webhooks, and account devices secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict access to protect users, data providers, infrastructure, or the platform.

Subscriptions And Pro Features

Some features may require a paid plan, trial, credits, or administrator-enabled entitlement. Plan limits, prices, feature availability, trial rules, and billing providers may change. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, and renewals are handled according to the checkout flow and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse APIs, scrape excessively, bypass rate limits, probe security, or interfere with service operation.
• Do not upload malicious code or use webhooks to attack third-party systems.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit market data unless you have the required rights.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Broker Connectivity

Broker integrations are read-only and intended for holdings visibility and portfolio monitoring. XMarketRadar does not place trades. Broker availability depends on third-party systems, tokens, permissions, and policies.

Intellectual Property

The XMarketRadar product, interface, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data, trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XMarketRadar is provided as-is and as-available. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data errors, missed alerts, outages, source-provider changes, or decisions made using the service.
